About Tara Tackett, NP

Tara Tackett is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, Tara attended West Virginia University where she obtained her bachelors degree in nursing. Continuing her education, she went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Walden University.
