About Dr. Lucas Bracero

Dr. Lucas A. Bracero completed his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry as well as a Master of Business Administration at West Virginia University and his medical degree at Marshall University’s Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. He completed an anesthesiology residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, New York where he was selected as chief resident his final year and then went on to complete Weill Cornell’s Tri-Institutional Pain Fellowship in New York City where he was honored as Fellow of the Year for his graduating class. During fellowship Dr. Bracero had the opportunity to train among the nation’s top hospitals, New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he gained a wealth of knowledge in ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided interventional pain procedures for both chronic and cancer pain patients. Dr. Bracero is dual board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
