Rebecca Butcher is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Rebecca grew up in Logan, West Virginia and attended Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College where she received her Associates of Science in Nursing and then continued on to Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After working in the nursing profession for 12 years, Rebecca attended Marshall University’s Graduate College and graduated at the top of her class with a Master’s of Science in Nursing.
Rebecca began her career as a nurse extern at Logan Regional Medical Center. Since that time she has accumulated 15 years of experience in various patient care settings including cardiac, pulmonary, intensive care, and pain management.
Before starting at the Spine & Nerve Centers, Rebecca worked in Charleston, West Virginia at Charleston Area Medical Center’s Memorial Division in the Medical Intensive Care. She has received awards for excellence in professional nursing. Rebecca was also a heart soul award winner at Charleston Area Medical Center. This award is given to those nurses who achieve excellence in patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and patient safety.
Rebecca believes in building trusting relationships with her patients. She chose the pain management specialty because she has a true desire to help patients improve their qualities of life.
Danielle brings with her extensive experience in Interventional Pain Medicine as well as an acute understanding of the needs of her patients.
Tara Tackett is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tara was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia.
Ashley Comer is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, who is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia.
Wilfrido Tolentino earned his physician assistant certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in 1997, and specializes in pain management.
