Tara Tackett
Nurse Practitioner
Tara Tackett is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia, Tara attended West Virginia University where she obtained her bachelors degree in nursing. Continuing her education, she went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Walden University.
Tara has 16 years of nursing experience. She has a background in cardiology, critical care, and emergency medicine. She worked as a Nurse Practitioner for 2 years at the THSPP Care Clinics. She has also worked as a registered nurse in Open Heart Recovery, ICU, and other specialties.
